@nysak You’re right, the Wii Fit yoga is pretty good but the changes between postures need a lot of work. I don’t like it for that reason, too. There are some pretty decent yoga classes available for free in the itunes music store as video or audio podcasts. YogaJournal.com is one that has quite a few [...]
